who saw the need for change. With decades of combined experience, our leadership has worked
in every corner of the industry — from vehicle sales and financing, to team leadership, to running
major warranty service companies.
Along the way, we noticed service gaps, a lack of transparency, and frustration from customers and dealers alike. We knew it wasn’t just the products that needed to evolve — it was how a company treated its people, its partners, and its clients.

DAVID BOSCH Co-Founder, AutoDrive
Jonah Larmor is a senior automotive executive with a unique background that began in law enforcement, shaping his approach to leadership, accountability, and operational discipline. He transitioned into automotive retail with a large Canadian automotive group, quickly rising to Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and eventually General Manager of a high-performing dealerships in Alberta & BC.
He later joined Industrial Alliance as a consultant, where he grew British Columbia’s F&I portfolio to over $10 million annually by helping dealers improve compliance, profitability, and performance.
Now based in Vancouver, Jonah is the Co-Founder of AutoDrive, a national dealer platform specializing in self-insured & insured warranty solutions. With many dealers under management across Canada and the U.S., Jonah is focused on empowering automotive groups to take control of their backend operations with transparency, structure, and long-term profitability.
Dave Bosch brings over two decades of industry experience, including a long tenure with Industrial Alliance, where he earned a reputation as one of Canada’s leading experts in dealer insurance programs and self-insured structures. His work has helped dealers unlock new revenue streams through custom solutions built around compliance, performance, and long-term profitability.
In 2019, Dave partnered with TriPac Canada to launch a successful dealer obligor program—one of the few in the country to consistently deliver low claim ratios and sustainable margins. He also played a key role in developing one of Canada’s first non-OEM prepaid maintenance programs.
As a fully licensed Restricted Insurance Agent in BC, Dave is authorized to advise and structure dealer-centric insurance programs that meet regulatory standards while maximizing dealer control.
Now, as Co-Founder of AutoDrive, Dave focuses on helping dealers across Canada take ownership of their F&I performance through innovative warranty, ancillary, and insurance-backed solutions.
